Note: All communication regarding an order, including placing an order, must be submitted via the internet/email only, not by phone.
Privacy Statement:
Polk’s Meat Products, Inc. respects the privacy of all our customers. We do not release any information provided by our customers, unless directed by the courts of law. Polk’s Meat Products does not retain information given for reasons other than contacting individuals about an order and for shipping purposes. Any questions or comments regarding Polk's Meat Products sent to may be posted for public viewing.
Refund Policy:
No refunds or exchanges. If you, the customer, are not 100% satisfied with your product ordered, please feel free to contact us so we can try to please you to the best of our ability. This guarantee does not apply in cases where the order is delivered in a timely manner but the customer fails to take possession of it.
Delivery Schedule:
Polk’s Meat Products, Inc. will ship ground orders on the Tuesday after an order is placed. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays could possibly be shipped a week from Tuesday, due to the scheduling of a pick up for orders. Any standard overnight orders will be shipped the next busines day. Our business hours are M-F 8-4 CST, which means orders will only be processed during this time. If for any reason your order cannot be filled you will be contacted by the information provided to us.
